No existent tech support

If you have a problem, don’t bother emailing the help/tech support. They won’t respond are provide assistance, even if you’re a subscriber.

User interface and subscription features are clunky. And sometimes feeds drop off or push notifications don’t flow through.

Works ok - ui / ux for cap code selection not ideal - can’t see what u have configured for notifications .

F&R pager

Should be called Fire & Rescue Pager. Use to work well in our area with both F&R with Rfs but not anymore. Massive delays as well
