Several Years Later: Still Absurdly Bad
For the better part of a decade, this app has been left with broken features, outrageously slow log-in & loading times, and unreliable refill requests. I’m convinced this app was commissioned on Fiver.
So many bugs
This app always doesn’t show things for me, like an alert, it’s just the ⚠️ and a blank space.
Doesn’t work
Can’t login, password reset doesn’t work. It’s been months.
Barely Functional
This app used to work decently but not anymore. It is VERY slow to load. At times, medications show as “on record with your pharmacy” with no way to request refills or check the status. The next time you log in, they are there and have normal functionality. Each time you look at an individual medication or move something to the archive, you have to wait for the full list to VERY SLOWLY load. At times, you can’t even log in. It’s a joke.

No longer can login and no updates whether it will be fixed or replaced from Bartell/Rite.

If I can’t refill prescriptions on the app, then it’s useless to me. Please fix it.
App stopped working
The app was great for a long time, but it stopped working for me a few weeks ago. It freezes after a few clicks then it's unusable. Extremely frustrating.
App literally doesn’t work
Cannot refill any prescriptions because you “need to choose a store” but none of the buttons work. Half the pages take 5+ seconds to load with a non-functional loading icon. Total waste of space.
The most confusing app ever used
App easily is shortest way to interact with its intended customers. This one didn’t spend any effort in developing it. It should go back to drawing board. I deleted after struggling for 15 min.
Terrible app
The retail feature of this app is pointless as it barely offers any functionality. The main use is the pharmacy functions. However, the app is super glitchy and over half the time it won’t work for refilling prescriptions or obtaining status of prescriptions. It’s clear that Rite Aid has ruined Bartells in many ways and this is just another one.

Unbelievably Slow App
This app would be about 10000 times better if it did not take 20 seconds for every button press to respond. Archiving old prescriptions alone will take you an hour, better cozy up to some tv while trying to get anything done here. Can’t believe it’s still so slow after so many years. Bartells clearly doesn’t care. Bummer because they stand to gain a lot of business efficiency by having customers use the app instead of calling pharmacists. Fix it Bartells!

Not consistently working
Many times I go to use this app and it has stopped working. Updates to either the app or the iOS do not help. Very frustrating because being able to handle prescriptions via an app saves so much time. On top of that, Bartells has closed so many stores that if I go in and my prescription is not ready like I thought, I have already waited in line for a half hour because the stores left are short staffed. Company has really lost what made it my preferred pharmacy and drug store.

App doesn’t work any more…
The app was always pretty clunky, but now it barely works. Prescriptions often don’t show as ready, even when they are. Refill requests never get to the store. Everything about Bartell’s has gone downhill since being purchased by Rite-Aid. They should either fix the app, replace it with the Rite-Aid app, or junk it. This is nearly useless.

Rite Aid BOOOOO!
Ever since Rite Aid bought out Bartells, the app has been garbage and the store pharmacy is chaos.
Dropped my prescriptions, bad contact form
Coded to not allow dashes, but UI demands dashes in contact phone; one can’t submit contact form.
Rx history was purged at random. Seemingly no way to restore account. It’s like they decided to stop being my pharmacy and truly THAT’S OKAY because they honestly stopped BEING a pharmacy sometime ago.

Stopped working
App just stopped showing my prescriptions. Tried reinstalling and still not working.
Bartell Drug app
Has not worked in over two day and employees have no clue how to fix? A big waste of money for Rite aid !!! Cancel the whole app ? This is the Ballard Bartells on 22 nw 98107
Safeway has same problem with their app
