Stopped Working
I used this app for years and over the past few months it has deteriorated rapidly. Slow, stops working mid shopping which is such a waste of time. Please fix so I can go back to pickup shopping. This forces me to shop elsewhere for pickup groceries.
App not working at all
This app used to work well, now does not work. Trouble loading page. I can still see my info, but cannot browse or see history etc.
Fred Meyer IPhone App
You continually show items as in stock that haven’t been in stock for a week per store staff. The search engine is garbage. I have never experienced such a poorly coded search engine in my life!
Shopping List broken
The main reason I use the app is to clip digital coupons and use the shopping list when I’m in the store. The past two or three years you keep messing with the shopping list. It used to be good and then you keep messing with it. Two weeks ago another annoying change/glitch, half of the items on my list no longer show a picture and do not list the aisle. A shopping list is simple and you keep trying to make it complicated. Take it back to the version of three years ago! Yes, I have the updated app.

You broke what was working
We spend thousands of dollars a year at Freddie’s, and this app experience is causing us to shift our shopping to Trader Joe’s, in addition to their prices being better. Every change made to the app in the last year has been from fine to terrible. Shopping list barely works at all, and the app glitches and fails constantly. Whatever corners were cut to put out this shoddy tech are going to cost customer dollars in the long run.
