Points system
The only way you can see points is the card button. How do you redeem them? Only online coupons so no point of using or scanning the card in person. Terrible menu options and impossible to find things. Took me 10 minutes to find how many points I had besides adding it up myself in the orders history. Use it yourself to find how many issues you run into.

My account disappeared out of the blue
All of the points I have accumulated are gone. What a scam…
Lots of ads
The app keep sending you advertisements and there’s no way to turn those off.
Can't get a new phone verification code
This is probably most frustrating online order app ever used. Changed default phone embedded by app to my iPhone number, it just won't send the verification code to my phone.
Doesn’t Work
Scanned at register and they told me my account is being used / registered already so it can’t be used. Like what does that even mean. Registered in store and got it all verified so nothing should be wrong on my end.
