Can’t find customer service link and no country of origin in product descriptions

I got my first order and the box was dumped in my garden instead of the front porch just steps away. I could not find customer service info anywhere from the app to let them know about it. There is also no info about the country of origin on any products, which makes shopping difficult. However there are quite a few hard to find products available.

The prices are amazing, the customer support is quick and reliable, they helped me with an order a while back they responded within the day.
Also the products are vast I primarily get snacks but the candles are pretty great well
