Can’t find customer service link and no country of origin in product descriptions
I got my first order and the box was dumped in my garden instead of the front porch just steps away. I could not find customer service info anywhere from the app to let them know about it. There is also no info about the country of origin on any products, which makes shopping difficult. However there are quite a few hard to find products available.

NOT EASY RETURN
Do not believe the "easy return" claim advertised by this app. The actual process is incredibly frustrating and designed to make getting a refund nearly impossible. Customer service takes far too long to respond and just repeats the same unhelpful scripts. Treat everything you buy here as final sale.

Very disappointed with this company. The product quality is extremely poor, and items frequently arrive damaged. On top of that, they refuse to issue refunds, even when there are clear quality issues. I would not recommend buying from them.

Shipping service is poor
Used to be good service but recently YAMI started to use Amazon Shipping, my package is going all over the places and take forever. Will try to use other online store to avoid the running around!

Horrible customer service
I asked if they can credit my refund as gift card balance when a package is damaged and undeliverable. Without permission from me or any explanation, they refunded to my original payment method. I wanted to verify to decided if I want a replacement sent or getting a refund but never given the opportunity. Their tone of voice is very impolite and ignorant even when I asked a question politely. My advice is: if things go smoothly and you don’t need to deal with the horrible customer service, you might be fine. But if something comes up, anticipate rude customer service and getting nowhere with your request.
