Missing items and should give me refund. App shows refunded but I still didn’t get them

Works well to order online and see sales of the week. Only wish there is an option to make changes to the order before ship date instead of cancelling the entire order. Also would like notification prior to delivery for items out of stock. Otherwise works well. Happy they are finally in CA.
Great Asian grocery option
Great new Asian grocery chain in America. Now I can get groceries delivered to me with the products I want

Honestly, the delivery service has been really helpful when I don’t have time to go to the store. A few items were out of stock, but I had selected substitutions, so I still got similar items and was pretty satisfied. Everything arrived on time and was packed well.

Very Poor Quality and Refund System Doesn’t Work
I placed an online delivery order and received very poor quality items
I tried to request a refund, but the app refund system keeps getting stuck and won’t let me upload photos, which is required to submit the request. Without photos the system won’t proceed. Customer service was also unhelpful.
This experience completely defeats the purpose of ordering online to save time. It ended up wasting both my money and my time.

The company/app fails to honor No Notifications setting.
The app continues notifications for useless advertising about marketing even though Notifications have been turned off. I thus cannot disable notifications without also disabling them for updates about online orders. Pushy. Terrible.

Last night, I made my first purchase on the mobile app and ordered eight items. Today, I received an email saying that three of the items were out of stock and were refunded directly. Another item I bought was a Japanese milk tea, but they replaced it with a different brand without any communication at all. The brand they swapped in has a very high sugar content, which is not what I wanted. I’ve never seen service like this before.
I contacted customer service, and they asked me to leave my email and name. I need to cancel the rest of the items that are showing as shipped. I originally made the purchase just to buy one particular item, and I added other items only to reach the $35 minimum. But the item I actually wanted was suddenly marked as unavailable and refunded without any explanation.

Horrible experience
My order was late,half of items were out of stock. Prices online are higher than in the store. Service is worse than Sayweee.
So much hidden fees
My first time bother writing bad review for app - it not only has $4.99 processing fee for each order, for the first time user, the discount can’t even cover delivery fee and processing fee altogether! What’s worse, they stopped delivering tomatoes says it could be not fresh or out-of-stock - bad management - when they refund, they deduct the proportion of the tomatoes price from the new user discount! That makes me feel customers are responsible for bad tomatoes! Cannot be more Ridiculous.

Missing order and no refund
I've placed two online orders, and both times items were missing and the quality was poor. I requested a refund, but it's been several weeks and I still haven't received it.

Do not send push notifications when it’s turned off in the app, I only want order updates
