Frustrating app
To add items to cart I have to tap the + several times. It’s so glitchy and slow. When you search for a product it will put other items at the top of the search and you have to scroll down to find the item you searched for. Not sure if it’s them trying to be sneaky and advertise other products- it’s just annoying. If they don’t improve the app soon I will be doing my online grocery shopping elsewhere.

I hate this!
As a senior citizen, I find it very frustrating to have to use this stupid app just to get groceries at a reasonable price. I think these digital deals are discriminatory against elderly people who are not up-to-date on technology.

Not happy that the icon was changed. Took me forever to find the app. Would be nice if the Kroger stores could keep their own identities instead of clumping them together with the same icon just different color.

Impossible to use. So confusing. Even store staff says same thing . Worst
Fine for browsing, not good for shopping
If you are using the app to browse and check prices or see where something is at in the store this app is good. If you are trying to place an order through this app for pickup or delivery this app needs a lot of work. It is very unresponsive when trying to add things to the cart. It freezes up constantly when adding things and trying to see what has already been added. Even simple orders seem to be too much for this app to handle. For such a large company this app should be a whole lot better. They say they are improving it but really just making it worse.

Confusing hard to use
I find this really app confusing and hard to use. I’m not sure if it’s from how everything is organized and where things are placed, but it’s really not user-friendly and it’s a pain in the butt to use for coupons and ordering online. I use several other store apps, and this is by far my least favorite therefore I don’t shop as much at Fred Meyer.

Search function is useless
I searched for a bathroom scale and it brought up a potato peeler and other irrelevant items. Others have reported this same issue. This has been a problem from the beginning. Also, when you check “In store” it shows items are available even if they’re sold out/ not sold in stores/not available at a particular store.

Unusable
Can’t sign in. It’s just the app, I am able to sign in with an internet browser. Won’t shop here.
No my Freddy’s
Your new logo looks like all Kroger Store logos, boring! I have stopped shopping you, because you do not carry local brands anymore, well only national local brands. Not the Freddy’s I know. I don’t want my store to look just like a store in Tennessee or anywhere else!
Unable to add to cart
While shopping, unable to add items to cart. The button only allows to “add to list,” yet this shopping list is unable to be found. There is no option to add items to cart. Updates made app unusable. I messaged them about it with no reply.

Every time you dont get your order like you need and the first order cuppons is a stupid things that didnt work
Two thumbs down
Absolute trash. Search function brings up completely irrelevant items and sorts them ahead of the actual search term.
Does not work for Pickup orders or Delivery
I tried multiple times different occasions and different accounts. This app will let you make an entire grocery list and then when you checkout it gives you an error code and your order is cancelled. Handy to know what's at Freds through the app but it's totally inconvenient for the pickup option.
Solid, useful app
I use the Shopping List every trip, and use the digital coupons and look at sales. It’s a solid app usually. Sometimes it glitches when they update new features. Must delete and re-download app to refresh.
Change App Icon Back
The app icon no longer supports dark mode, forcing this retina burning red background.
Bad app icon change
Really dumb to remove the Fred Meyer F and replace it with the generic Kroger logo. I have two Kroger-owned stores in my area, Fred Meyer and QFC. This makes differentiating between the two apps for the different stores more difficult.

Can’t search any items. Unusable app
App needs work
The app needs better search up options. You’ll type something simple like “button up long sleeve” and it’ll pop up material items? Just the searching up needs some serious work. Also when making a pick up order, the app will glitch out and you have to restart your entire order. Also it’ll glitch when you are trying to make an order and you can’t add anything to your cart.

Updated App
I am really liking you new app update. It is very easy to search for items and fast. It will be easy to check out sales, coupons and what is needed for my shopping list.
Stopped Working
I used this app for years and over the past few months it has deteriorated rapidly. Slow, stops working mid shopping which is such a waste of time. Please fix so I can go back to pickup shopping. This forces me to shop elsewhere for pickup groceries.
