Ruined CB wallet
Been with CB wallet since I started crypto, loved the launch of base, been through the highs and lows. But this app is garbage, no option to even switch to old mode any more? It’s time to say goodbye CB/Base , you don’t force the narrative, the market does.. going to to stay with metamask now.

New update made me lost my wallet
I like the old one not new one, 9k down the drain because my wallet booted the old key and now I’m sick to my stomach smh. Stop updating people ‼️‼️‼️ the platform works already
Used to be great
Not a fan of the new design. Recovery phrase cooldown is too long. Extra fee imposed to use L1. Unable to connect directly to contracts on Etherscan- maybe because I didn’t pay that fee. Moving on.
Stuck Assets
Don’t use unless you want assets to get stuck on other networks

To tinker, with apps like Bard and Ozmium, or to swap and learn trading for finance or collectible markets. Even with the world split on crypto as a net good, I think the things that happen on here showcase the latter. 💙

Bad app trying to charge you everywhere
Bad experience that they try to charge you everywhere. Cashing out 4K with their service charged me 70+
Lost $3K. Brutal Experience.
App wouldn’t load for 2 days and kept saying something went wrong so i decided i had to delete and reinstall and now i can’t get back into the exact wallet and how dont have access to my money
Almost perfect, just a tweak..
The app is almost perfect just needs a few fixes. The interface is lacking… When you open an mini-app and start using it, it’s a bit too hard to navigate through it; as it’s have a hard navigate interface to go back and forth. Seems too, squished on an iPhone 16e and on my iPhone 16 pro… That needs some work. Also I wish there were larger deposits available to deposit, instead of just a few hundred. Makes it had to do big amounts of transfers and trades on a quick go around…
We need larger transfers into the base app!!
Also a swap coins feature to swap in and out of coins throughout our trades right in the base app.. Other than that it’s almost perfect 🤩. Just needs a few fixes.

Not worth your time
Lacks several features the old app used to have:
* You can no longer export your private key. (!!!)
* You cannot import a recovery phrase.
Not worth the time for anyone wanting to seriously try crypto. Try another wallet.
Happy to amend this review once those features are added.

Updated the app and lost everything I had in there. Had over $12k.
Money Laundering/ Scam
Do not stand with crypto. This has been the worst experience using cryptocurrency on Base . The coins built on this network are mostly honeypot scams that allow users to purchase using their funds only to have developers rug-pull funds or liquidity. Leaving investors with useless tokens with no value and no way to recover funds.
This is similar to Uber hiring drivers without background checks that habitually assault customers.
If you want to keep your money . Continue using fiat. Unless you like getting scammed.

Hate the newest major update
I really liked the old interface, the new major update can’t find AAVE dapp in the ‘app’ section but it has like 10+ garbage games i don’t care for.
App not working properly
App is not opening in iphone 13 mini. It’s shows a progress bar.
SCAM STAY AWAY
Failing to credit a confirmed blockchain transaction to my account. Fraudulent activity on the Base app — I was scammed and lost funds through the platform.

The new wallet doesn’t have seedphrase mode and I really need it
Dumb money app that doesn’t even work.
This app absolutely sucks on IOS. Nothing works as expected, no wonder people think crypto is a scam. Final verdict? Lame app, gamified crypto-surveillance, hyped up BS trash. This is an app for poor people to collect dumb money.
