To many changes
They changed the prediction numbers so now it’s only me number and it NEVER fills the order it always cancels it so I took all my money off and went with pocket options it’s way better and not to many changes.
Pretty complicated site
It can be difficult to navigate the site. Not really that intuitively designed. I’ve all good experience though.
Having issues
I have used this app for about a year or so it has had glitches but I found ways to get by and get my trades done. I am in Canada and frankly that’s an issue in and of itself. So overall as the app is not perfect it’s a better option for me. Lately however I have had major issues in funding the crypto account with bank transfer via Interac. It can’t be done, either the app doesn’t recognize my withdrawal bank TD or I get error messages upon transfer and have the money returned. This needs to be fixed

After 10 years of trust I got app that I cannot withdraw
Be careful when consider to use this app . After 10 years of trust I got the situation that I cannot use the app and withdraw my funds . So upset with crypto.com . Having card with them as well . Want to cancelled everything with those guys . Not recommended
