I have been involved with them since the inception of their company. I was a strong advocate of their business strategies. However, my support has dwindled significantly. Their customer service is among the poorest I have encountered. Even on a private card level, I receive no assistance whatsoever. The process of making a payment on your card is incredibly convoluted. They place a hold on my ACH transfer for at least 9 days, weekends included. Even if you trade in cryptocurrency, you are unable to make an immediate credit card payment.

Someone hacked into my account and tried to transfer all my BTC to an external wallet. Do not use this App! Tried to contact live chat support. Took over 30 min to get a response. By that time I had already transferred all my money back to my bank account. The next morning I got a notification that there’s was suspicious activity and I got locked out…. A little late guys!! It has been 6 days now and I can’t get anyone on the chat to help me unlock my account, transfer the little remaining money out and close the account.

TOOK AWAY new launches
I used the new launches very often and that’s how I made my money. Since they took it away it feels like there’s less opportunity to make decent money. Now it’s more of a waiting game. I hate that.
