Extremely disappointing experience with Blockchain.com. I’ve been trying to get an issue with my money resolved since the start of the year, and it is now September and I’m still no closer to getting this sorted.
Every time I contact support, I’m told that their team is “working on it,” but months have passed with no proper resolution or meaningful update. Having my money tied up for this long is completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication and urgency has been incredibly frustrating.
I’ve been patient and given them more than enough time to resolve the situation, but I’m still left waiting. I expected much better from a company handling people’s money.
Think twice before trusting Blockchain.com with your money. I sincerely hope they finally resolve my case, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

My first btc is pending since July and now another has been on pending again… I am deleting my block chain account fake people who cannot even work on a transaction to be released over month’s SMH. I am done with a stupid fraud but they used to perform better back in the last 5 years now it’s all full scam dont invest your money SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
