My account had been fully verified and in good standing for years. Then it was suddenly restricted, and despite providing every document and piece of information requested, I received no meaningful explanation or resolution.
The main issue I raised—the whereabouts of my funds—was never properly addressed. Instead of answering direct questions or providing evidence, I received repetitive template responses that ignored the substance of my complaint.
After weeks of waiting and chasing updates, I was informed that my account had been closed due to “security concerns” and that I should open a new account with a different email address. No clear reason was given, and none of my outstanding concerns regarding my funds were resolved.
When customers entrust a platform with their money, they deserve transparency, accountability, and genuine support—not generic responses and unresolved issues.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blockchain.com. If you choose to use this platform, be prepared for the possibility of poor communication and a lack of meaningful customer support if something goes wrong.

Feeling like Blockchain is really taking my money now
I’ve been using Blockchain for years now and since July I have been unable to take out any money or deposit any money I tried to go to customer service and customer service is not working at all. There’s no number to call and I’ve been trying to get access to my account. did you really take my money Blockchain? That’s really unacceptable. I basically had an account with over 3K in it now it’s looking like it’s gone. I’m definitely contacting somebody about this. This app is not just gonna rob me for my money.
