Fees are higher than competitors and, as others have noted, they employ dubious tactics to try to prevent you from withdrawing your money.
In August 2026 I was asked to provide copious amounts of information, including screen shots, from a crypto transaction in 2024, as a “verification step”to enable me to withdraw my money.
This is despite the app showing me as verified after providing banking details, national insurance number, passport details, address, linking cards etc etc.
I still have not been able to withdraw the funds I have sitting in my CEX account.
Interestingly, Santander and Barclays have both recently started refusing to process payments to this company, citing fraud prevention / protection.
