What’s going on with Strength program??

I have been a member since 2023 and recently I’ve noticed the amount of cardio and athletic training/ workouts that has been incorporated in the week - I personally did NOT signed in to this gym for this type of training I signed in because the strength training program- first I thought oh well once in a while it’s okay but lately the last three months has been almost every day or at least 3 out of the 4 weeks cardio / jumping / light workouts/ repetitive exercises workouts so I found my self unmotivated and I even skipped a few workouts when I usually don’t missed anything ( I usually do 6 or 7 times a week) The thing is I tried a lot of others Gyms before Basecamp and I felt like this gym was the best fit for me because the strength program and now I’m thinking in switching to a different one cause it’s just not working out for me anymore.
Please keep the strength training , this jumping and running is just NOT what I was expecting from this gym.

Good in theory!

I love the app in theory but I think there’s a bug that makes it difficult to change your zones or max heart rate. I click the save button and it goes to default without saving my suggestions.

I want to utilize the app more but find it’s lacking in that regard.

No clases during holidays

Why is it that there is no clases in the 26th and on Sunday the 28th, I understand is the holidays but all gyms in the area opened today and over the weekend and I’m paying more than a gym membership, I go to clases for my mental health and Is such an inconvenience not been able to have classes for all the money I pay for this. Very dissatisfied and I’m thinking on leavening.

I love it here

As a former division I athlete, I have a NEED for competition, intensity, and heavy weights. Basecamp is the only place where I can workout and give maximal effort every single day. My body/muscle type needs cardio, but without the pounding & impact on my joints like a treadmill. I’m able to stay consistent for longer, because I get proper strength training. I’m building muscle and reducing my risk of injury 👍🏻 what could be better than that?

I love everything about Basecamp. The people, workouts, and structure. I look forward to going and I’m sad when I leave. 💪🏻
