Need the ability to download attachments

OK tool to communicate with team, but we need the ability to download attachments.

Currently, BaseConnect does not allow attachments to be downloaded directly to personal devices due to security and data protection requirements. We are actively evaluating secure ways to improve file access while maintaining the security standards our users expect. Needs bug fixed

Won’t let me change my rank or anything. Just kicks me out every time I try to change it. And it just freezes up

Great app

BaseConnect has gotten better with each update. I love the read receipts so I know when someone has read my message. Thanks for adding dark mode!

Best app for a commander to have!!!

As a commander, BaseConnect was a must have! It took recalls or even just passing vital info to the squadron in minutes rather than hours for 100% contact. It makes adhoc look like a 5 year old built it. The BaseConnect team is great at taking feedback and trying to build functionality to make the app even better. They created a new ORM module for us that worked great—until a certain MAJCOM forced us to use their home grown product—and they worked to incorporate our requests. Have an idea for an app? Contact their team and see if they can help make it happen!

Must-have app for Military

BaseConnect is an extremely helpful app for military personnel. Instead of carrying around a base-wide phone roster in your wallet, it’s nice to have all of the important numbers listed here. I use it frequently when I need to call up finance, comm, the club, or pretty much any office when I’m not sitting at my desk.

They also have a ton of great discounts and offers available for local businesses that are only accessible for BaseConnect users. Can’t wait for this to be available at all military bases!

Huge Time Saver!!!

This app is such a game-changer for military life! It is the most convenient place to find any phone number, building number, etc. that I may need PLUS it's great to see reviews of local business that are written and rated exclusively by other military members and dependents that I can trust. So grateful for this resource!
