It’s a trap
I am extremely disappointed and concerned with this bank's unethical practices. Despite making all of my down payments completely on time, this institution consistently attempts to charge my accounts without my consent, exploiting my personal information in a clear attempt to cheat the system.
To make matters worse, their mobile application is riddled with glitches and fails to accurately reflect real-time payment statuses. Instead of fixing their technical infrastructure, they have the audacity to launch relentless, excessive phone calls and messages to clients. They harass customers daily without taking two minutes to actually check their own internal records to see that the balance is zero. Not to mention they keep attempting unauthorized charges while ignoring verified payments is completely unacceptable. If you value your financial security, peace of mind, and personal data, stay far away from Tasheel.

الرباء وضح والبركة معدومة خدمة فاشلة وحرام ونصحتي احذف التطبيق اول ما تخلص الاقساط لانه حرام في حرام ولا رح تشوف بركة ولا خير الا اذا تم تعديل السياسات في التطبيق وحذف الفائدة

The new updates crashes the balance and pending everything is blank no monthly installments neither pending amount is showing , kindly fix it ASAP

Pathetic App
No way to register. They will take all information and will say we will contact you and you will never receive a call. Even if you call customer service they won’t help.
Issue with signup
The app has an issue during signup, tried multiple times and error messages appear as “time out” , “connection lost”, etc.

Registration
So, i’m curious about this platform and try to use it, but then upon registration it say my number is unregistered to my ID, the number i been using ever since and under my id, that’s so funny.
Is the owner 🧃 ?
Can’t wrap my head around how much they get this is not only haram but very unethical i hope these kind of apps and services disappear from Saudi Arabia and their app is trash laggy deceptive and charges you once twice and third for the same transaction if they could they made me pay the same bill twice and when i contacted the costumer service he told me to send them my bank info and they never returned anything back i said okay maybe they’ll deduct the nest month payment no they didn’t + when i used it i didn’t know that i have to decide which plan i want and the sales representative didn’t tell me anything about it so it was set to 3 years automatically am gonna finish my payments and delete my account for good and if anyone asks me about am gonna tell them not to use this horrible scam service app

مرحبا، صارت لي مشكله في تطبيق ، كل ما اسوي تسجيل دخول عيا يفتح معي،
عدم المقدرة على انشاء حساب
عدم وجود اي خانة للتواصل
