About
Basepanel is a private, easy-to-use app for connecting to and managing your databases right from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Instead of dense tables and raw query editors, Basepanel presents your data as clean, readable cards so you can browse, edit, and understand your data without the usual friction.
Connect to the databases you already use
Add a database in seconds. Basepanel supports popular cloud providers like Neon, Supabase, Turso, Cloudflare D1, Planetscale, Prisma Postgres, custom Postgres and MySQL setups, and you can also create or import a local SQLite database of your own. You provide your credentials, and Basepanel connects directly to your database with no middleman.
A friendlier way to work with data
- Tables are shown as cards you can tap to explore.
- Rows open into a clean, organized view of every column.
- Editing is straightforward, and you can preview the exact query before anything runs.
- Adding new rows uses the same simple interface.
- Build custom dashboards to surface the data that matters most to you.
- A full SQL console is always available when you want direct control.
Work smarter on supported devices
On supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac models with Apple Intelligence, Basepanel uses Apple's built-in AI models to make your data easier to work with. Simply describe what you need in plain language to instantly generate complete, working databases. You can also leverage the AI to construct complex queries for your dashboards and SQL console, and automatically build custom views perfectly optimized for your data types.
All of this runs on your device. On models without on-device AI, Basepanel falls back to sensible defaults so the core experience stays smooth and complete.
Built for privacy
Privacy is at the center of how Basepanel is designed. The app is local first. The only network connections it makes are direct calls to the databases you choose to connect. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no external servers handling or storing your data. Your credentials and your data stay on your device and go only to the database you point them at.
Own your data
If you create or import a local SQLite database, you can export the file at any time, making it easy to back up your work or deploy it to the cloud when you're ready.
