Very useful but push notifs not working

This app may not have all the same metrics as the basespace website, but it is a great indicator of how your run is doing after several cycles. I also like that you can see the indexing QC before analysis is done to see if there’s any collision to be able to stop the run early. My main issue is that even with push notifications on, it doesn’t give me any when the run has finished uploading. It would be a very minor fix that would greatly help deliver data on time

Cannot switch to or view company account

My illumina account is associated with both my personal basespace and company’s basespace.
I can only view my personal basespace but cannot view company basespace at all.

Needs updated...May 2021

I’ve been using for about 4 years and at some point the notifications stopped working and no amount of checking settings seems to help. Could be a much improved app with fixing the notifications and adding additional metrics missing from website data.

Useful, but missing metrics

I don’t like that you cannot view important run metrics like cluster density and %PF. Live run status is useful and I like receiving notifications when run is finished.
