Overall, the app provides convenience by allowing users to adjust their headphone settings through their smartphone. However, the custom EQ does not work as expected. Any choice, including custom EQ settings and excluding the "Baseus Classic" choice, only worsens the sound quality. I suggest choosing the "Baseus Classic" EQ mode as the base settings for custom EQ

Terrible
The piercing ring before it dies out is annoying. The light acts like it’s about to start a rave. If your sharing a room & using these as a way to keep noise to a minimum, the light will be disturbing to the sleeper. One bud lost its sound. The highest volume setting will make it a normal volume of 2 or 3. Then, even though the bud is fully charged and the case is charged, you’ll get the low battery announcement or the sound will break intermittently….like loosing connectivity. Case is big so it’s a hassle to carry since it won’t fit in pockets easily. These were a gift and I wish i could send back.

Need an custom equaliser rework
The app allows easy and almost full control over my devices, even with guest mode. However, the equaliser needs an upgrade as it only worsens the sound quality.

Comprei o meu fone hoje e, para minha surpresa, ao concluir o Download do app descobri que o aplicativo não é compatível com o modelo “Bowie E20”. Sendo assim, podem me informar qual app devo utilizar, uma vez que não consigo ajustar configurações e, principalmente, ter a mínima noção quanto nível de bateria. Entrei em contato com a loja oficial da Baseus no mercado livre e o suporte recomendou a devolução por não saber orientar quanto a um aplicativo secundário. Qual a recomendação de vocês?

Não funciona no Bowie M2s
Não oferece mais suporte pro Bowie m2s, nao consigo adicionar mais, ja resetei o fone e não adiciona no app, ate aparece pra adicionar, mas quando eu clico pra adicionar o fone ele simplesmente nao aparece mais e nem da opção de tentar conectar de novo, nao consigo mais fazer nada em relação a cancelamento de fruído ou equalização , resumindo, uma bosta

大多数人下班或者休息在晚上 ，躺床上戴耳机调节音效还是白色背景，比较刺眼。

Após a atualização dos fones feita pelo app, não consigo mais desligar o ANC pelo toque, fica mudando do modo redução de ruído para o transparência, não consigo colocar no normal.
Eli 2i Fit não conecta
Comprei o modelo Eli 2i Fit e o app não reconhece. Comprei por causa de um super base que só ativa no app. Ruim!

DOES NOT WORK
Just thought I would let everyone know that as of Oct 23 nothing has been done to correct the inability of this app to connect to the dash cam. **** Sep 20 Purchased a VD1 Pro Dash Cam and have been unable to properly connect. Using IPhone 16 Pro and IOS26 I can connect to the VD1 WiFi yet when I go back to this app all I get is the spinning wheel and connecting to video. There is nothing wrong with dash cam or storage card as I can connect properly using my android phone. Customer service has been NO help.
