About
The Donair is a westernized version of the Shawarma and is made with spiced ground beef and lamb. Formed on a large skewer, cooked on a rotating spit, sliced and added fresh to your favourite Donair meal.
Unlike Donairs, Shawarma contains sliced meat, not ground. Our Shawarma is made from marinated lamb, chicken and beef with our own blend of spices. Shawarma is marinated, sliced, stacked on skewers then barbequed.
Our Pledge: Food must be plentiful and filled with fresh, healthy ingredients and unique flavours.
Our Community: Basha Restaurants are an essential part of the community and we support local groups and sports teams.
Basha was voted the “Best Donairs and Shawarma in the Known Universe.”
