What a horrible app
What a horrible app. There is no excuse in the day and age. The user interface is horrible. It usually needs to be restarted multiple times just to have it function. Never remembers login credentials. Horrible service experience. Lots of other places to order food.

App logs out every time, can’t reset password either. Would have liked to collect points during my visit but was unable to even get to that screen

Can't reset my password, goes to order/delivery when I click the link to reset. This app not worth your nerves and time...
Terrible App UI
This app UI has been around for literal YEARS and it remains unchanged or updated.
For one, logging into this app every single time I open it is a complete hassle, checking off ‘remember me’ doesn’t do anything, and there’s no back button, you have to rely on everyone knowing that pulling on the left side of the screen goes back!
This app is so clunky that it’s no wonder you opted to use a stamp card for every visit instead of your points system, but now you’re going back to it again, why?!
Please hire someone who knows how to design a proper app.

Limited options
Please add option to remove toppings. In store I always get the Cubano but no cheese due to my allergies. the app won’t allow me to customize any sandwich except to add extra toppings. It’s basically useless for me, except to store my loyalty card.
