Rewards Unlisted and Chance Based
The restaurant I visit frequently is great, however, this app:
This app used to show you what the rewards were when you earned the rewards for certain point values. Now, however, they do not tell you what the reward is, nor do they tell the restaurant nor the server what the reward is. This means that a patron is forced to order something randomly and hope that it just might be the item that fits the reward when the waitress enters it into the system. Even the waitresses and supervisors have no idea what these rewards are unless they attempt to enter them into their system and it just happens to works. This is the most annoying feature of this entire rewards system, and would probably stand as one of the top most annoying parts of any reward system.
Every single person I have talked to in our group of 100 different people (1 company who probably spend $500, if not more, every single Friday morning, have the exact same issue, and it’s not only annoying us, it is drastically annoying the wait staff and supervisors at our restaurant. Of choice.
It is most definitely NOT consumer focused, nor is it even remotely employee functional nor usable.

Pretty awesome app
10 of 10 app
Love Smitty’s
I love that I can order breakfast after 10:30 am,
Not like most other restaurants. I can eat eggs anytime and most restaurants refuse to fry eggs in the afternoon.

Useful app
If you go to Smitty’s even once per month, you need to use this app. They have good promotions and this app keeps you informed of those AND helps you take maximum advantage of them.
