Last time I used it didn’t make my order But the took my money

There is not option to cancel your order

Signed up for free appetizer but it doesn’t work

App seems to be broken on iPhone

Just says Oops something went wrong infinitely

You can not place an order using this app

Worked fine till tonight

App told me there’s is an error

Made me phone the restaurant and they told me I Cannot use over the phone

Ultimately I was not able to use the app for the purpose i was intending to use it for

I tried over 10 times to input my CC information to place the order

Kept getting an error message saying something like “oops there was an error adding payment method”

Could not submit the order despite restarting the app, trying a new card type

Tried calling my nearby store but I kept getting stuck on a loop and could not reach anyone to help

The app doesn’t actually allow you to order without submitting a credit card

You can’t submit a credit card because it throws an error every time despite all the info being credit

Coupon doesn’t work

This app was built by incompetents

Everything about this app is wrong

Can’t use on iPad with keyboard

It is stuck in landscape mode

Ordering doesn’t work

It will not work on my phone or my friends phone

It was super easy to order on their website

Advertise a 15% off coupon on your first order when you download the app

Try to use the coupon and get “hmm, you need to spend another $10.12 to use this coupon”

Crashes and overcharged me

The local restaurant doesn’t take on any responsibility

Taxes were one thing then went to checkout and they doubled

No option to place order and pay at the door for pickup

When i try to order it asks for my location

Location services is on while using app, even manually inputting address dose not help

Will not let me save pickup with in store pickup so i cannot even place an order

Can choose a date and time but will not let me save it so i cannot order

It changed my location from where I picked

I ordered two different things for my sides and it didn’t even register those

App doesn’t work

Can’t even load so it’s impossible to order food from them at all

The only thing missing was the discount for first order in Montana’s App!

The garlic mash, normally really good, were awful today

Would not let me log in using the same (obviously) apple account as i used on the pad

It refuses to take my debit Visa even though it lists that payment option

Let’s you fill it all out etc it just comes back and says it’s not recognized

There is not help or support link to complain

Bacon in the vegitarian option

I ordered the loaded potato and I never knew the baked potato had bacon in it because you guys did not mention it in the ingredients

Why have an app that doesn’t even open?

Yesterday the app was down, today it loads but won’t go past the images of ribs on the splash page

The filter DOES NOT WORK

I was shown multiple items that had milk in them, despite my lactose intolerance, including cheese pizza

Having the pick up area closer to the exit or entrance

Put all options of sauces on the app

Add the option to remove ingredients such as take tomato off the burger

Mention bacon in the ingredients for baked potatoes
