Doesnt recognize my email and password even though I’ve used it before. Always makes me sign in. Pretty dumb
Easy to use app
Very straightforward to use. Thoroughly allows the user to know all of the options available while ordering. The only change I suggest is having the pick up area closer to the exit or entrance.
Login issues
This app keeps crashing every time I try to login. I looks like a scam to obtain data about you, email, phone name and postal code. After you enter all the info it does not allows you to login .

You need to put all options of sauces on the app. For example, chipotle Honey BBQ sauce isn’t an option!

Tried ordering multiple times, Orders never work. checked in with the restaurant and they say that the app is nothing but problems for them.
No way to pay?
App doesn’t let us use visa as a payment option at all despite being an option in the account details. It then wouldn’t accept my partner’s Amex info without explaining the issue.

App doesn’t even open. Management at restaurant was also just as useless & call center closed at 7pm… another garbage chain!
Won’t allow paying on app
Apple Pay and adding a credit card doesn’t work. Just says Uh Oh call the restaurant. Paid 20$ more for order by calling the store.

Supper for dads 84th
It was so easy to submit my order for 9 people coming for supper. Something less for me to worry about. Pre ordered for pick up to be later in the day. I had popped in the restaurant the day before asking questions and the staff was so so helpful and wonderful. Their smiles were contagious. Now let’s party like a 84 year old ❤️❤️🎂🎂
