Every time we come to the restaurant for dinner there seems to be an issue with the app. We can’t use our rewards this is our third visit that we have wanted to use the 25% off and all 3 times have had issues. Also the offers expire which is what happened. Not impressed that the can’t help at store level

I needed to lace an order online and the app wasn’t working properly. I also had an issue in the past with a receipt and wasn’t resolved. The app doesn’t work as expected and I don’t even use it as much
