Fantastic

Great app! I use it daily. Developer is extremely responsive to updates and suggestions.

Great simple app to keep track of workouts

I love this app. I reached out with the idea to have the option to have our data exported for our own visualizations, and it was made a feature within a couple weeks!

Great simple app to keep track of workouts

I love this app. Would be even better if it was able to create charts to show progressive overload. Or at least an option for us to export the data so we can do it our self.

It’s Great! 💪🏼

Love this app, it’s very user friendly and simple. There is no membership or paywall to use it which all other apps I have tried have. It costs like $14.99 per month on one app i tired and that’s ridiculous! Though this app is good, it’s not perfect and there are a couple features I would like to see. A built in calendar would be super nice so I could visualize my workouts throughout the month. Also a longer character limit on the workout comments would be nicer, I just find I can’t fit everything I need to say in 45 characters. Overall a pretty good app and I would recommend for simple and fast workout tracking

Just work!!!

Love the app it never glitches. I can track anything I want for sets, been using this for 4 years now.

9.5/10

Great app but wished it had a dark mode.

What you need!

Easy, simple and really useful. Everything else is on you! Pump it up.

Great straightforward app

Good tracking app to track your performance and pick up where you left off. Suggestions: Would like to have a notes section for each exercise tied to the date so you can notate whether it was too easy, hard or need to increase weight on the next session. Also would love some sort of integrated graph to see progression over time. Does not have to be fancy at all but would be more motivating. Finally would love the capability to export to a csv file so that I could slice and dice data over time. Thanks!

Simple, just what I wanted

If it’s just to track your lifts, this is the app you want. Finally something that is simple

Simple, Easy, and Effective

This is a great app for keeping track of your workouts without all the junk most throw at you to justify their costs. This lets you create you own exercises and group them, and log the weight/reps of you activities in a simple design. What else do you need?

The developer was also very responsive when I had trouble after an update and worked quickly to help. Didn’t expect that, especially from a free app! Keep up the good work!

Great update but …

Great update, I love the feature where you could edit the workout names/reps etc.
My only problem is that it did not save any of my old workout data. I had to start from scratch. If this can be addressed in the next update, I’m sure it will help many people.

Good

Very good basic app.

Please could you add ‘sets’ to the app as well, this would help improve it.

Awesome

I just wanted a simple app to help track my reps and sets and this works great very simple very easy to use and 100% free no in app purchases I love it

Simple Workout Tracker

Yay, for the next unobtrusive workout tracker. It comes set up with a body group of muscles... like chest. The you open that page and it has 20 chest exercises. I immediately deleted the chest folder and created my Monday Workout. In that folder, I put all of the exercises do on Monday. For each exercise, I get the opportunity of creating as many sets as I want. It allows me to input # of lb and # of reps for each set. Perfect.

For future updates: I would love to be able to be able to update the name of an exercise without it deleting all of my historical data. Right now, there is no edit function. One must delete the exercise and add it in again. In addition, I like being able to see notes about each exercise regarding what my workout plan prescribes... I’m envisioning opening up squats and at the top of the page: Notes: 4 sets, 8 to 10 reps. Here’s the catch: just because in this workout Squats are 8 to 10 reps does not mean that in 6 weeks it will not change to Squats: 3 sets, 15 to 20 reps. It needs to be flexible.

Simple Great Workout Log

This simple workout log app meets my needs. Simple to use. Just add different exercise for different muscle groups. Just pick the exercises you want as you do them for your workout and it will keep the date for each exercise with the sets with weight and repetitions. I really love this app. No more carry around a notebook to track your progress. Simple to use, no annoying adds.

Great and Simple

This app is awesome! Just like having a notebook but much easier. Best part is that there is no bs subscription to have to use the app. Great job!

Does what it's supposed to do

This is great. Simple, easy to use. Just like having it in a notebook

Terrible

I downloaded the app just to see what it was like. Open the app, and it has a list of exercise categories. I click on one of those categories and it just gives me a blank page. What hell is this? No tools for planning a workout or logging reps and sets, nothing. Deleted the app almost as quickly as I downloaded it.

Perfect

Simple, easy and no bs.

Simple & Free

This app works really well for my workout routine and is currently free to use with no subscription. It would be awesome if it could sync to google calendar to keep track. Thank you!
