Best tracker I’ve ever used

I take a lot of supplements, and my dogs take lots of meds. This app has been amazing in simplifying the process and tracking of all of that. The AI is smart and helpful, and the addition of the check-ins are great. I also use function, so being able to drop in my blood results just upgraded the ai feedback.

And thank you for the weight tracking addition!

Very good but frustrating

Edit: I just wanted to say thank you for being so responsive to my feedback and incorporating those suggestions. It’s nice to use an app where someone cares if it helps the people who use it.

I take a big stack. The first time I entered them all in by photographing bc the scanner didn’t seem to be finding them, no big deal, except at the end when it was time to input, it got stuck and nothing happened . So then I tried to enter them again, this time it wouldn’t recognize them from the photograph and I had to hand enter them. So I stopped part way through bc that’s exhausting. I reinstalled the app and then entered in the supplements one at a time. That finally worked. This app does what I’ve been looking for which is sync my supplements to apple health in order to track nutrients (surprisingly hard to find) it’s funny to me that it hasn’t occurred to anyone that a person might want to look at a combination of overall diet AND vitamin intake to see where they’re lacking. But this app does that! I will say the Ai is good. It’s Claude based so it’s more accurate than others and is responsive. I would add an option for “took all” for each day part and I would add the ability to add the various nutrients for a vitamin individuality. Claude was able to do that for me but it took three tries. I would also add a quick “ask ai” button to the main UI and consider increasing the limit. Sorry for the long and rambling review. I would recommend this over an other supplement app and I’ve tried them all. This one seems based on science instead of vibes.

Response from developer

Thanks for sticking with it through all that, and it wasn't rambling at all. The photo import getting stuck at the last step on a big stack is a real bug, and having to re-enter everything by hand after that is exactly what I want to fix. I'm looking into it now. Most of your list is already in the app, so make sure you've installed the newest version, 6.2. Each time of day has a Take all button now, with Undo if you tap it by mistake. For a multivitamin, tap Edit, tap the vitamin, and use Update from Label Photo: a photo of the Supplement Facts panel fills in its nutrients, no back and forth with the assistant. The scanner also reads a label photo now, from your camera or your library, for bottles it can't find by barcode. And the round button next to the date at the top of the main screen opens the assistant in one tap. Point taken on the chat limit too. Glad the diet plus supplement view in Apple Health is what you were after, and the latest update sends the numbered B vitamins to their matching Health entries. Science over vibes is the whole point. Easy Peasy

Finally an app that doesn’t require a degree to enter your vitamins and supplements to make sure nothing negatively interacts. And it gently reminds me when so no more missed vitamins. Keep it simple and everyone wins. Highly recommended to simplify your life.

An essential part of my morning routine

Taking supplements, keeping track of the supplements I take, and simply remembering to take them always seemed like a chore. This app changes all that. Not only does it track your supplements, it tells you whether or not the new one you saw online is a good fit for you. A must have app for everyone!
