The worst I have ever seen
It was so confusing to use, and you cannot do anything in the app. It was just so useless to a point I deleted it just after downloading it.

App is useless no login section, you gotta go through so many screen to join their newsletter then after you enter all your info, you can’t submit the info. Awful app!
Terrible and useless
The entire app is literally just the website but worse and buggier. The front page is an ultra low resolution ad that isn’t even offered anymore. There isn’t even a way to sign in to your account despite them requiring you in-app to for birthday rewards, what a joke.
Invest in the app
This app is nonsensical, it doesn’t work, it looks elementary. I wish the company would reinvest some of their profits and actually make an app that works. The coupon section never has any coupons half of the pages don’t load.

First BASKIN took away login option, now the app won’t even load anymore. Why keep the app viewable on the App Store? It should be delisted.

I don’t understand the purpose of this app! When you open it, there’s just a poster of random deals Baskin Robins have, then when you click into the menu, there’s no way to sign in or anything so how the freaking god do you even expect me to order things on the app, use the offers, or have a birthday freebie????? And if the app is not supposed to be used for ordering things, the what in the world is the purpose of this useless app??? I want to rate this app a 0/5 so bad, don’t EVER download it!!!!!

What is the purpose of this app? It’s just the same as the website but you can’t log in, can’t place orders, and the store locator can’t find locations in Canada

This app is absolutely useless. You can’t do anything with it. You can’t look at anything or anything. It’s just useless.
Doesn’t do anything
Open the app, some pages work others don’t. Can’t log to make an account and even the location feature doesn’t work. Can’e order delivery or in-store. Just shows the bare minimum but nothing works

Not for Indian customer
The mobile number can’t be registered as the Country code can’t be changed from +1 to +91. Surprised that the app header shows “Not available in US”, and mobile code is +1.
Doesn’t do anything but collect your data
No coupons no ordering they just asking for all your info and then u agree to sell it after they tell you coupons ! Saving ! And you can pick up orders ! But it’s just a site locating thing and the rest is a hollow shell I have no idea why they keep this up for years and years but my guess is they making a lot from selling all your info you have to agree to before signing up

Completely useless app. Does not allow you to order for pickup or delivery. No offers or promos. Even the Baskin Robbins store doesn’t allow collecting of points!
