Keeps on crashing then when I finally able to order says can’t and phone store

Apple Pay doesn’t work, and manually adding credit card doesn’t work either

Every time I try to order delivery I get an error message to call the restaurant. Called the restaurant and they told me to use DoorDash or Uber eats. What’s the point of the app? Would like to use the coupons provided but I can’t through DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Update: tried ordering pickup this time, to use a coupon they emailed me. Not working again and the restaurant won’t honour the coupon.

Great burgers, terrible customer service
I’ve been ordering from Burger’s Priest (on their own app) for years and love the burgers, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. My order sat untouched for nearly two hours, staff repeatedly gave conflicting information, didn’t know how their own ordering platform worked, and never once apologized. I eventually had to drive to the store and collect the food myself. Mistakes happen—but taking ownership and showing basic customer care matters. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a long-time customer. Still waiting on my delivery…

Good restaurant, bad app
Orders go through on this app about 20% of the time. Otherwise it’s “Oops there was a problem.” What’s the point in having a single purpose app that rarely works. Also pushes deal notifications that then aren’t available in the app.
