Good restaurant, bad app
Orders go through on this app about 20% of the time. Otherwise it’s “Oops there was a problem.” What’s the point in having a single purpose app that rarely works. Also pushes deal notifications that then aren’t available in the app.
The coupon is not valid
I received a flyer from the restaurant with a coupon on it for a free item and the coupon doesn’t exists

I can put together an order but each time I try to pay the order gets rejected with a message to call the restaurant instead. This has happened on multiple days

I never thought this would happen to me but there I was…. With buy one get one free burgers… me and my parter let The Burger Priest into our lives and our bedroom all because of this app.

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to order delivery I get an error message to call the restaurant. Called the restaurant and they told me to use DoorDash or Uber eats. What’s the point of the app? Would like to use the coupons provided but I can’t through DoorDash or Uber Eats.

The morons who programmed this app caused the app to not recognize 12 AM today from 12 AM tomorrow, so the app thinks the stores are never open. Maybe next time you should say the store closes at 11:59 PM.

Great Burgers but no apple pay?
Hands down the beat burgers around! But what the he k no apple pay?! Seriously websites suffer data breaches all the time, atleast digital wallet protect our cards after we’ve enjoyed the great eats.
Had to order another brand with digital wallet support, Hope BP updates soon to protect our Credit cards with digital wallet and token support.
