Fun - and works - for any age
I’m surprised - age 64 - how well this works. I could just about read the bass clef 50 years ago, and it seemed a hard slog to get back to it now when I need it. This seems a pleasant, idle sort of way, with a cup of coffee, to get to the stage of instant recognition you need to read the music.

I’ve struggled to learn the bass clef. I can read the treble clef just fine but the bass clef has eluded me for years. I’ve been using this app for just a few days and I’m getting it! And I’m retaining the knowledge! Woo-Hoo!!! I may just learn how to play the piano yet!

Good exercises but…
Had to delete it because every time I used it, it hijacked my phone and wouldn’t let me out of it! Had to turn phone on and off each time.

Good app but starts too low
I love your apps and recommend them to my piano students but please could you start the bass cat app with middle c? Most piano tutor books have both hands starting on middle c.

I am an older adult trying to learn piano. This app has been tremendously helpful in teaching me to read music. The notes running across keep you thinking, and I found it especially helpful if I called out what the other notes were (not just the target notes) as they went by. I would think that if it can help me, it would be helpful to anyone wanting to learn to read music.

Surprisingly good.
You do need a rough idea of where at least one of the notes are to start, but that’s just five minutes reading. It would be handy if that was in the app.
Other than that it’s easy to use, not boring, and it works. I’ve come on a lot in just a few days. Recommended if you’ve struggled with reading music like me.

Best notes learning app but not too many free lessons
I downloaded like 20 different apps to learn music notes and I found this one is the most helpful. The repetition and notes running thru the bar with labels and labels disappearing sometimes are really effective for memorization. However the free lessons are so limited :D i didnt get to learn some higher and lower notes. I wish to get to play around more before deciding to get for the paid lessons. Overall this is a good app. Should be more popular.
