Bat Sounds App
I purchased the Bat Sounds App from my iPhone 5, however, following the download, I realized that no sounds are created from this app. I would like assistance to get this app to start working if anyone can assist. Otherwise, I would like a refund on this app.

very limited in scope
foolishly i thiought there would be a good selection of bat sounds on this app.....buyer beware....what you see on the screenshot on the App Store is ALL you get!!! very few species and very limited geographically! new to app buyng so guess i'm learning you get what you pay for......and you ceratinly don't very much at all with this one!!!!

Only about 12 bats. Non in UK. No sound output. Refund required.

For real? .99 cents for 30 seconds garbled squeaks, sound like it was recorded of the tv. RIP OFF

Drives Bats Crazy
Played this out in the woods when bats were flying around and they went nuts.

Works great! I had a bat in the house, couldn't find it so I bought this app and played the CORRECT noise for about 5 mins and soon the bat came out and flew around. When it landed I got it out safely. I know I couldn't have done it without this app!!! Love it!
Could be a really great App
If this App had all the British Bats - Buy it . Until then save your money !
Useless
I used this app to try to lure a bat out from hiding in my house. I turned out the lights and played all of the sounds of US bats and... nothing. It didn't work. Also, at the end of some recordings you could hear, what sounded like, someone turning off the recorder. I didn't find these sounds to be that good of quality.

Potential
This app has so much potential, if the 18/19 species of UK bat were added it would be an invaluable app, as it stands it is just a novelty. And sits as entertainmentas opposed to reference.

A very good App that I think a lot of ecologists would use if only a few more british bats were available. Looking forward to some more updates. Bring it on lads!
Bats Respond!
I played this in my neighborhood at night and bats started swarming me. Awesome.

Quality's good. But really? Only 10 sounds? And no Big Brown, Little Brown, or Brazilian Free Tail? How about some Vampire at least? Seems like a Red or a Hoary would be easy to get as well - those guys tend to be very chatty. This is far from a field guide.
Works real well!
I went upstairs to go to bed and found that there was a bat in the house. After swatting at it a few times it hid somewhere and I tried for almost ten minutes to find it. So I decided to see if there were any apps like this one. After i bought it I selected a US bat of some sort and turned it on. As I was adjusting the sound my wife screamed because it was flying right toward us! I just about crapped! Man this is a cool app! Thanks for the help. I threw a towel over the bat and released it outside. If it hadn't been for this app I would still be looking for that crazy bat.
