Useless
I’ve tried using the app a few times and after a few uses it always locks me out. I’ve repeatedly phoned Support and they can get you back in until a few more uses and then you are locked out again. If you have to ring Support every other time it’s pointless bothering with the app. Plus you have to ask yourself whether your money is safe with an organisation who use computer systems that are so useless.

Really poor app
Even when it worked it wasn’t great but now I constantly get a system maintenance message so have to log on online rather than through the app.
Initially 1 star - now 5 stars!
I had lots of issues logging on, but I communicated with Bath Building Society about them and they directed me to discuss it with one of their App Team (Chris) who rang me and talked me through multiple fixes. Despite initially not having a fix for my specific issue they tried a few things, a few different app updates, and eventually they got it working! App now works great. I think they should be commended for their excellent customer service in listening to my issues and enacting a fix! Thank you!
