You can open an account and save money, but if you want to check your account or access your money, good luck.

I find it refreshing that I can log on so easy and see my accounts all on one page.
I can open another account in seconds of which I did and transfer what I want across.
The messaging facility is so easy to send.
Overall I’m very happy with the simplicity of the Skipton online account. Why do other banks complicate the system.

Poor
I really don’t like the app for mortgages. It doesn’t show your statements such as it’s not clear on how much we are paying per month there’s actually coming off on our capital and how much is interest. There is a clear breakdown every month. There is also always issues on the app and you can’t always do payments on there. Overall the app it’s just very poor.
