Repeated problems with the App
You can open an account and save money, but if you want to check your account or access your money, good luck.

I find it refreshing that I can log on so easy and see my accounts all on one page.
I can open another account in seconds of which I did and transfer what I want across.
The messaging facility is so easy to send.
Overall I’m very happy with the simplicity of the Skipton online account. Why do other banks complicate the system.

Poor
I really don’t like the app for mortgages. It doesn’t show your statements such as it’s not clear on how much we are paying per month there’s actually coming off on our capital and how much is interest. There is a clear breakdown every month. There is also always issues on the app and you can’t always do payments on there. Overall the app it’s just very poor.

Not easy to log in
I could not find the information I needed and it took along time to log in.
Awful update
Spent ages registering with errors keep coming up even though I put the right authentication codes in from both phone and email. Then despite give me alert that it hadn’t worked it logged me in and I was appearing to be live now I’ve just received an email through saying you’ve still got a register and it’s taking me out of the app and put me back to Square one again why are wire releasing app that is gonna be tested on its actual users and put them all in inconvenience? Absolutely awful approach. Have you worked in the software industry for 30 year This is exactly how you don’t do it.

One useful addition would be to list interest relating to each savings account.
Not easy to access
Constantly being logged out of account on line. Password confirmed by phone by helpline and then locked out again a few days later. This is a very poor site . I do Internet banking and have no such problems with them.

I set up the use of the app to simplify the operation of my account by setting up a new account to transfer to you a maturing ISA. I don’t see an option for this. Do I need to use the online system now?

New App
The app is awful. I have just spent two hours on the phone, online and on my phone trying to access my account. All to take out £100 to pay a bill. Next time you want to test run your new app don’t choose me as this has happened before and I was out of my account for over a week. I have a holiday coming up with my grandchildren. I want to know I can get my money and pay for it otherwise my accounts are being closed and money transferred elsewhere.

New to the app. Could do with a simple lesson on how to transfer funds into a new account. I will wait until Monday and speak to someone first. C
App statement please show balance at each transaction
App crazy doesn’t show account balance after each transaction only the current balance

Can't find messages I'm apparently sent.

No statements in the app. Must be the last financial organisation to think this is ok.
Printing a page
It would be helpful to have the option of printing a screen page.
Bad processes
I was told on the telephone recently that whilst it doesn’t tell you on Skipton online that you’re not allowed to both login online and on the app. Now I find out after waiting two weeks to get a registration code in which time I am unable to access what is supposed to be an easy access account and I find out now finally logging into the app that should I wish to change my nominated account, which I don’t know, but even if I did in the future that has to be done logging in online! Crazy I’ve told you can’t use both but now told that you have to use both to be able to change something - not impressed Skipton with your process on both occasions!!

Very confusing
I have finally, after waiting almost a month for my registration code, opened the app. I have an isa listed but there doesn’t appear to be any way of adding funds. What is the point of the app?
