Terrible App
A typical app that used to be ok but is now a nuisance, borne on the back of regulators who expect firms to so-called protect consumers, when in fact all it’s really doing is covering back sides. An absolute nuisance of an app to use now. It was ok previously.

Why on earth did you roll out an incomplete app? Are you children? What happened to testing? What on earth js your Board thinking allowing this to happen? I shan’t download the new app and will instead go to the trouble of turning on my laptop until the reviews consistently show you have sorted yourselves out.

Doesn’t work properly on an iPad constantly changes orientation among other things. Half the time only shows a small part of the page
Terrible - avoid!
They need to hire proper developers, what a load of rubbish. I can’t even see anything in the app because it forever is “Loading preferences”. I am now contemplating moving my funds elsewhere to someone with competent developers with a working app so I can see my statements and balance.
