Honest bank finally
We love Bath Savings. It’s run by real
people. We get a real person on the phone or in the bank or at the drive through. Things go through all day long so you can see what’s happening. There’s no sudden resorting behind the scenes. Also we love the app. So easy to transfer money to our kids and quickly look at our balance.,

Always Not Working
Used to be a solid app. Recent changes have made it unusable and glitchy

Hi Bath Savings your app does not work. You let me down all the time. Why
Needs Work
Always crashes, or freezing, or logs me out, or does not log me in after using Face ID forcing my to close app down and re-try. This happens on nearly a daily basis and I rely on this app to deposit checks via my phone. Pretty horrible.
Buggy app, needs replacement
This new update is far worse than the one it replaced. I find myself having to uninstall it now on a daily basis.
Deposits through the app aren’t reliable
I recently deposited a check through the app prior to a BSI system upgrade. After the upgrade, the deposit status is “accepted” but the funds never made it to my account. I’m unable to Re deposit the check because they view it as already deposited. Quite the system upgrade.

Easy banking. The bath savings credit card should be accessible on the app. It’s not. Only complaint.
Badly out of date
Clumsy app that:
has a confusing and difficult login process;
hasn't been updated for iPhone 6 and 6+ screens;
doesn't use Touch;
has a sub-par and buggy deposit process.
Good online banking is no longer a "would be nice to have", it's now a requirement. Bath Savings has a lot of catching up to do to meet the need.

Please update the app to properly take advantage of the iPhone 6 and 6+ screen sizes.
Temperamental depositing
Please fix the photo deposit portion of the application. I have done everything I can to try and fix the photo so it is accepted by the application. It is a crisp clear image every time, and it still gets denied... PLEASE FIX THIS!
