Easy to use, accept….
This is a user friendly app., pretty much easy to use. Also very convenient. But what they don’t tell you is that you have to keep your phone on when charging with this exchange battery. I accidentally found that out.
So anyone that reads this review, be aware that you must keep your phone on in order for your phone Valerie to charge with the xchange charger. I have an iPhone 13.

False Advertising
The QR code and kiosk advertised up to 24 hours free battery at an event. I guess technically 0 hours is up to 24, because that’s what they offered NOTHING.
Someone could have easily ended up paying $45 on the app for what the kiosk/battery center implied was free.

Great Idea Too Expensive
Go in a car accident with my pregnant wife we both go to hospital leave the chargers so now phones are dying they say it’s a portable charger but it’s $45 like wow it’s a scary number probably would make more charging $10 a hour ppl would be likely to use a lot of ppl walked away
Wonderful system for when you need a charge!!
We had to go to the ER and my phone was under 30% charged. I had hoped to find a USB outlet, but lo and behold, there was a kiosk loaded with yellow charging batteries - FREE to use - and they INCLUDE Apple lightning, Android, and what looks like USB-C cords built in!! The battery quickly charged my phone and took that worry completely away.
You do enter a credit card, but they only charge it if you don’t return the battery within 24 hours.
What a wonderful find in a stressful time. So appreciative for this device and service!!! 😃😇😃😇😃

These kiosks need to be in every college/university, sports stadium, hospital, mall, convention center, concert/festival and really anywhere people gather!
