Black screen
This app is so horrible! One minute its working, and the next its not. All of a sudden today it wanted to decide that it’s not working. I can’t see my time, or anything, but my paystub‘s. I have deleted the app, and reinstalled it. And it’s still giving me the same problems. I have logged out, and it’s still not working. I have reset my phone, and the app is still not working. So what is the problem!

Barely works if it works at all
The company makes way too much money to have this app as the only tool for the employees to see our pay stubs this apps rating in reality is no where near a 4.anything
Time off requests
The ability to request time off is not functional
Out of Range errors
Consistent on getting out of range messages inside site or within time clock itself. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled, turned off iCloud relay, but only way it works is if I connect to job sites guest WiFi network? App should use gps, cellular, location as other apps have no issue but this app wants to associate ip or location by other means. Might be iPhone thing??

Won’t let me log in or change password
I haven’t been able to log in for months,even after I switched locations. I can’t change my password because it says the self service part is being upgraded,but it has been months and nothing…Please fix this issue immediately.
