Time off requests
The ability to request time off is not functional
Out of Range errors
Consistent on getting out of range messages inside site or within time clock itself. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled, turned off iCloud relay, but only way it works is if I connect to job sites guest WiFi network? App should use gps, cellular, location as other apps have no issue but this app wants to associate ip or location by other means. Might be iPhone thing??

Won’t let me log in or change password
I haven’t been able to log in for months,even after I switched locations. I can’t change my password because it says the self service part is being upgraded,but it has been months and nothing…Please fix this issue immediately.
Too Many Issues
When I clock in, half the time the screen is black and won’t load. I have to clock out four times for it to fully register. I’m not giving it one star because I appreciate the fact that you can see your paystubs and you can put in time off requests. Punching in and out of lunch operates smoothly as well. I want to love this app, but it’s a problem everyday.

Useless app
Haven’t been able to log in for months. No one has made any attempts to address the issue. Neither the link in the app nor the phone number they list have worked and I’ve retried every week. My HR department has told me it’s an IT issue that they cannot help with and dismiss my problem.

So this app was great up until it logged me out and when i went to put in my password and it says invalid credentials…. Go to click on login assistance and it tells you the self service for password reset is being updated FOR WEEKS NOW….. Noone answers the phone either for the phone number they list…. Ive spent weeks trying to get help logging into my account so i can access my paystub, my hours worked, the time clock feature, my time off AND I CANT GET IN BECAUSE NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Its getting old and they really need to help the employees!!! SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER MY ACCOUNT

Not understanding why this app is still not up and Running. I’m employed an have to go through this app to get ahold of my OWN personal information and it going a month the system App is still down . . my company made a big mistake using their services. Very disappointed with their App

Frustrated
I have been unable to use this app for over a week now. Invalid credentials every time I try. Select password reset and it unavailable but offers me a number. The number keeps telling me to go back to the app I’m unable to access and solve the problem.
Horrible !
The app constantly asks you to Log In . And always tells you that you have to reset your password . After resetting password , just keeps going back to reset password screen and you can’t go any farther. Can’t use to punch in and out of work .
Useful When It Works
The app is great and very helpful when it works, but getting it to open is nearly impossible!!!

Every 2 weeks this stupid app stops working completely and I’m unable to log in or use it to see my work schedule! I also am unable to contact anyone to help me fix the problem because they give you the run around when you try to call and ask for help.
So… I guess the reviews aren’t getting back to them?

When it doesn’t work, which is as often as the sun rising and the moon setting, it’s useless and pointless and maybe… just maybe you and the team make enough money to create a better application? Or invest in fixing this,

Glitchy
Glitchy. My team gets notifications about our shifts starting in the middle of the night even though our notifications are turned off anyway.
Hire a new developers
This app is as bad as field service. Slow, laggy, take forever to load, glitchy, under develop, never gets better. Need new team to work on this app.
Frustration
App use to work and now randomly just doesn’t open, I have the latest version of my phone and the app, I’ve restarted the app several times, deleted it, redownload, and even reset my phone but still nothing, just black loading screen that won’t ever open, annoying to say the least as I can’t see my pay at all and I need that information.
