Cant login
Unable to link online account and app. Tired of constantly resetting passwords and still can use app. Too much of a struggle trying to manage my account. Just upgraded my subscription but probably going to cancel since unable to manage anything.
Didn’t get what I paid for
I did the battle box subscription an did the pro + plus s/h an I received the mission box 111 witch is a great box but I also feel like I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. Reached out to customer service twice an haven’t heard back
Excellent company, horrendous website/app development
The app lags and takes awhile to get to things because of this. 100% of the time when I add something to the cart the app crashes and I have to navigate back to the screen I was at. Takes about a minute. You’d think it’s no big deal but when you’re adding 7-8 things for your bug out bag it’s just not worth it.

Never Again.
Signed up for the second from the top tier subscription box the “Pro subscription” and also purchased a mystery box. Lesser items from previous tiers were cheap and overpriced on paper to add value to the box. Spent over $150 to have the number 1 item from the pro box not be shipped.
Customer service responded back within 24 hours. They said they would resolve the issue and send missing piece. I appreciated that and upgraded to the “Pro Plus Subscription”. After upgrading I received an email telling me they would subsequently not resolve the issue and the only resolution for me was to “Skip a month “. No thank you. I’ll just cancel and buy quality gear, appropriately priced elsewhere.

Terrible customer service.
No number to call, I’ve gotten one email back about my wrong shipping address that told me to respond in 5 business days. I’ve seen about 6 messages asking for an update and nothing.

I love battling, but this app crashes constantly on the sign in screen, and I can’t get it to work. I guess I’ll just order from amazon then.

I have reported it to BattlBox but nothing has changed, along with deleting and redownloading, and making sure there isn’t any update, but it will not allow me to open the app at all. Before it would take a minute then crash but now it doesn’t even try
Won’t load
Can’t even get this app to load, crashes every time. Tried powering down phone and it still crashes.
Doesn’t work on new IOS 13
As soon as you open the app, screen goes dark then just takes you back to your home screen. App is useless now.

App was just fine before ios13 upon. Pls fix soon. Always interested in the mission breakdowns.
Love Battlebox but app needs updated
May 2019... love me some BattlBox but the app is always hanging/freezing up when reviewing mission items, crashes upon checking out and logging in after a period of time goes by and your cookies expire so you have to log back in. So I am hoping these things are remedied.

Excitement turn to sadness
Was excited upon downloading and reviewing the options available in this app, one stop BattlBox shopping and subscription management, great until I placed item in the check out, now the app crashes on each opening. Originally would have needs five stars. Subsequently as the app crashes and can not be manipulated can I give one star which I hate to do BattlBox deserts so much more!! Alas this is the first version let’s wait for updates and fixes. I remain hopeful and with item in check out cart 😀

Great app
Would of put 5 stars but the app crashes when I go to put stuff in shopping cart and have to restart it a couple times before it works properly. Other than that it’s a great app and love the gear Battlbox pushes out
