What's New in Battle.net

1.37.1

August 6, 2026

Minor bug fixes and improvements.

User reviews

App doesn’t work

The app only shows me the battle.net logo and nothing else after setting up. I have to do the dual authentication on my desktop, so there’s really no point to having this. I have closed the app and restarted my whole phone and nothing . Just the logo

Mediocrity

As per Blizzards standard of quality, this app perfectly matches how mediocre and half baked nearly everything Blizzard makes is. With the sprinkle of extremely anti consumer design and convoluted support system because of the sheer amount of complaints they refuse to listen to.

Authenticator works but account details are dumb

When selecting account it opens an inbuilt browser which requires authentication which you switch to (to approve) and then when you go back it’s logged back out.
Slow clap for the lack of testing.

MFA app that breaks when using MFA

Has literally been broken for years, if you enable MFA on your account the login process of the app gets completely broken. Logs you into a safari popup window, but not the app itself.

Buggy

I tried setting up authentication, and it kept trying to make me create a new account.
Eventually I got it to “work”, but then it crashed near the end. Now the app completely refuses to open, just giving an infinite loading screen for several seconds before closing.
