Too many false alarms

I get fall detected messages when I shake the last few drops out of a soda can. Annoying but not a serious problem. Yesterday I was sitting quietly in a meeting of about 75 people when unit started flashing. I couldn’t run for the exit so I had to convince AI and then a human that there wasn’t a problem. I can stop wearing unit to meetings, but that opens up more possible errors.

Wrong dates, times, can’t change, plus!

The dates and times on this app are never correct! Undependable for people in need.

Could be better

The app is helpful in being able to see where my mom is. However, the user should get an alert to their phone from the app if the person uses the emergency button or has a fall (if fall detection is part of the service). Only getting alerts on the form of email type messages that have to be read is useless and not helpful in the case of an emergency.
