Too many false alarms
I get fall detected messages when I shake the last few drops out of a soda can. Annoying but not a serious problem. Yesterday I was sitting quietly in a meeting of about 75 people when unit started flashing. I couldn’t run for the exit so I had to convince AI and then a human that there wasn’t a problem. I can stop wearing unit to meetings, but that opens up more possible errors.

Wrong dates, times, can’t change, plus!
The dates and times on this app are never correct! Undependable for people in need.
Could be better
The app is helpful in being able to see where my mom is. However, the user should get an alert to their phone from the app if the person uses the emergency button or has a fall (if fall detection is part of the service). Only getting alerts on the form of email type messages that have to be read is useless and not helpful in the case of an emergency.

The date on this app is reading 11/17/2025, and unable to change even if deleting the app, then downloading it again! Please fix!

Too sensitive
Your button cannot be worn on belt. Any SLIGHT touch by ACCIDENT sounds out the alarm

Terribly behind the times
This technology and app seem like they from 2008. Notification system is pointless —-which is absolutely crazy considering the urgency required for a person’s physical safety. Unbelievable really.
No Push Notification
App has a notification section under setting. This is very misleading. It turned on ‘Get Emergency SOS Alerts’ but this is not a push notification. Apparently if the call center sees the call as an emergency they will call. This is just redundant since there is already a call list.
It would be helpful if there was push notification any time the device is activated in real time.

Don’t like new app
Since changing to the new app, it is not as good. The old app offered mapping so I could see where she had been. This one half the time shows zero steps when she’s been up moving around. I appears she hasn’t moved but she had. This is a big zero because I need to know she’s up and ok
App is not functional
I tried to enter my credit card information into the app and it would not work. I checked the numbers checked the code on the back checked the expiration date. Everything was perfect. Tried to pay off some invoices and the app doesn’t work. Really frustrating because it’s a Saturday and I just wanna get this done.

Glitchy amateurish app and product
Cheap speaker in command unit from the 70’s makes it difficult for an elderly person to understand commands. Command unit is only place to hear and respond. App is not ready for use which is critical to this product actually helping save a life. Instructions and setup very poor.

I was nervous making a test call but the operator on the other end was very helpful and verified we were the people on the account.
