An app works when when it wants too.
The app never works when I need it too. The face recognition doesn’t work, I always have to sign in twice just to view my accounts. First time it kicks me then the 2nd time it lets me in. I constantly delete and re download it at least twice a week.

Stupid app
Constantly having to call the bank and unlock my acc/ change my password because the app will continue to just say I’m putting in the wrong credentials, but I’m not bc it’s the same password it’s always been. They give me a reset password and then I when I reset it, it says “you cannot have the same password as you did” like??? Then why couldn’t i log in with that password? It makes me create 10 different passwords how am I supposed to remember which one i used when you just made me change it again 4 months ago. Honestly ready to change my bank specifically because I would like to use one that has an app I can actually get to access my account on.
