App doesn’t work
I really wish this app actually worked, because I do enjoy the smoothies from Baya Bar. Most, if not all, of the pick up orders I’ve placed with this app have not worked. I’ll go to pick up and the worker will say that they never received the online order so I’ll have to wait for them to make it (defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time).
Then there’s the point system. Sometimes I’ll earn points, sometimes I’ll just get them reset to 0. I’m guessing they must expire, but the Rewards page does not clearly state when.
Just now, I opened the app to place an order and it refused to load past the map to select a location. My advice is to just use a real delivery app like GrubHub or Uber instead.
Baya Bar needs to get a refund from the agency that developed this app. The app developers need to do more thorough QA and perhaps provide an option to collect debugging data.

This app is never working properly. I think ONE time I worked for me. It’s either the CC info won’t be accepted, unable to log in or reset password, etc. it’s soo frustrating.
please fix bug
App worked as it should. Easy navigation but rewards do not work for me, please fix. It showed on the app that you get a free smoothie reward after your first purchase. No way to redeem and i asked an employee at the restaurant how it works and he was clueless. It shows 1 available reward but no way to redeem.

I think this is a good app when you don’t want to wait on line but I do think this app should have a barcode option when you shop in store and you can still receive point for any purchases made like other apps like McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts ect.
Coupon issue
I went to redeem free smoothie that was promised with registration and it said “error” :( very disappointing
