App works for iPhone
I was able to login and can view upcoming appointments, lab work and messages with my BayCare providers. If you had trouble before, give it another try. There was a couple second delay before the initial login screen transitioned from blank to displaying the fields.

There is no patient portal link anywhere in this app. đ

As everyone else. App does not work. I donât think anyone reads these reviews because if they did they would fix it⊠such an inconvenience. They need to take some pointers from AdventHealth. Their app is flawless.. the only reason I need this app is because I have one doctor at Baycare. All my doctors and specialists are through AdventHealth. Baycare do better!!!!

This app is the worst I have seen from a health system. You canât access your patient portal, send messages to your health team, or see the entire imaging results. This app needs serious work. It should be an embarrassment to BayCare.

Canât log in!!
BayCare needs to do better with there app! Went to app to make an appointment, it keeps saying my credentials are not valid. So tried to create a new password. It sends a code to put in, but when you go back to the app it makes start all over again. And I was able to use it, it wasnât any help. I would try and check my labs, they were never updated. THIS APP IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!

App doesnât even work
I have installed this app 10 separate times. I select create account and get a blank white screen that stays there permanently. I have an iPhone 14 with up to date software. I cannot create an account. Stupid BayCare which is a complete failure at my clinic (bills me instead of my secondary insurance routinely) has now deleted 14 years of my health records in follow my health which worked perfectly and has made it impossible to get it back and now has an app that doesnât work to give me my new data. Needless to say that while I have loved my doctors Iâm looking for doctors that arenât associated with incompetent stupid unreliable BayCare that canât even create a working app.

The worst healthcare portal
I never review apps but Iâm a nurse and was trying to use the app to keep track of a loved oneâs records. If I could give this zero stars I would. None of the test results come up for X-rays or echos etc. The lab test results pulls in pulse ox measurements for some reason?? You canât see any progress notes. This app is utterly useless. Youâre better off logging in online. Donât even bother.

There is no way to log in when you forget the password. When one leave to Check thé code on the e-mail this app takes you out of the page
Can't login out of nowhere
The app was working fine then out of nowhere logged me out and won't allow me to log back in. Need to put more effort into your app.
This app is trash
This app is worthless. It endlessly loops between asking for initial permissions and then having an error and logging you out. There is no point in having this app at all. The website is good enough, the app is entirely unusable

It is just a white screen when you log in. It does not work at all from what I have experienced. Itâs really disappointing.
App is not allowing to login
I was using this app for last 3+ years but since last 4+ months I canât login. Login tabs just never pops up, and in it place it continues going in circles indicating it is trying to complete loading. I called your IT and he basically brushed me off stating I am not accessing correct app and he only supports website.
