this app is insanely hard to use. the support chat is unhelpful. theres no clear direction for what to do.
Can’t get through registration
I was unable to get through the 5 steps for registration. I kept getting errors when trying to create my security questions, but the error message had no explanation. I still have yet to successfully register.
Also the QR code that I got in the mail to scan to download the app does not work.
Also the date of birth field keeps saying invalid birthdate even though I tried entering it in multiple different formats

Constantly logs you out. Confusing user interface. USELESS
Decent but flawed
You can do the main stuff you need to but the UX and performance is just bad. It’s like some janky website with an app shell. Would like an app that felt native with modern UX patterns, and work with network partners to handle all contact through it.
