Not Happy
This app keeps crashing!!! Make wonder if it even dependable or not. I just made a profile and it won’t let me even log in it keep crashing every time I try.
Buggy, time consuming
This app needs work. I could have done a better job. Doesn’t take insurance information, I had to contact support. I went to reset my password today and it burped, glitched, and now I have to wait another 30 mins to get my stuff done. Will try to find another PCP if I can.
A fail
This app fails completely doesn’t pass the log in screen and consistently says can’t log in and account is blocked. Even the employees appear to be stupid as they don’t speak English at all.
Cancer Risk
You have a higher chance of getting cancer trying to log into the system. That’s probably the last thing anyone would expect from a healthcare institution.
takes forever and no appointments available
There’s never in person appointments available on the app and i’ve been waiting on a response from my virtual care taker? ones been assigned and i’ve been waiting over 20 minutes.
