Could be great
We have a family of six and each person has to have their own account. I have asked if there’s anyway that we could all have one login and I can switch between person so that way I can book my kids appointments online versus calling the call center and being on hold forever, but every time I call, they have no idea how to use the app or how to help me. It is so frustrating.

Does not work
The app is basically unusable. The Next button to enter the confirmation code is either hidden or doesn’t work at all. I can see it for a second when I scroll, and then it disappears. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, everything. If users can’t even log in, the app shouldn’t be released. Needs an urgent fix.

UI Prevents Sign In
I can't click "Next" after entering the 2FA code ("Validation" step). I scroll down to find the "Next" button. The screen will not stay scrolled down so I can't click "Next." Clearly an app design issue. It's as if no one actually tested the app before launching it.
Horrible
The appointment system only gives you options a week ahead so you are better calling which takes a long time. The virtual appointments don’t work, you’ll be put on wait and hours later nobody ever came on.
Frustrating!
This App would be great if it functioned properly! There’s been so much trouble logging in or changing passwords, etc. Very Frustrating!
